They participate in annual continuing education to keep up with the latest industry developments and maintain licenses from the State of Oregon Board of Tax Practitioners or are dually licensed as Enrolled Agents.

Meet our Team
Jane – Owner
Jane is an experienced and licensed tax consultant/enrolled agent with a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of tax preparation and planning. She has been providing exceptional tax services since 1987, and her extensive experience in tax preparation and planning comes from being an Oregon licensed tax preparer since 1985, an Oregon licensed tax consultant since 1987, and an enrolled agent since 2005. With a college background in accounting, Jane has the skills and knowledge necessary to provide expert guidance on a range of tax-related issues.
When not working on taxes, Jane enjoys pursuing hobbies such as sewing, crafts, camping, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren. Her interests help her stay balanced and focused, which translates into better service for her clients.
Juna – Office Coordinator
Juna is often the first point of contact for clients at All Seasons Tax and plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly. As our Office Coordinator, she manages scheduling, answers phones, helps collect and organize tax documents, and assists clients throughout the tax preparation process. Her friendly, calm approach helps clients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they reach out.
Detail-oriented and efficient, she genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly. She works to ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their experience, with the goal of making each interaction as positive and stress-free as possible.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and working in her garden. Now in her third season with All Seasons Tax, Juna continues to be a dependable and familiar presence for both clients and the team.
